Hire a room 

We have two rooms available for hire for one-off events or for more regular weekday evening bookings. In particular:

Our Main Hall (approx. 80 sq.m) is available for hire for children's parties on Saturdays
Our Small Hall (approx. 34 sq.m) is suitable for medium-sized meetings, and is popular as an addition for children's parties. The Main and Small Halls can be left as separate rooms or opened up into one by folding back partition doors

Included in the hire of these rooms is use of a Tea Point which has a kettle, microwave, small fridge, some crockery and cutlery, and space to lay out food. It does not have cooking facilities.

The 2024 charge for hiring our Main Hall for one-off events is £36.30 an hour, for our Small Hall is £27.85 an hour, and for the two together is £49.50 an hour. Lower rates may be possible for regular bookings.

You can download our booking application form here, which contains our hourly rates, Conditions of Hire and our Safeguarding Policy. Please contact our Church Office to check the availability of particular dates and times, and to confirm the booking, before making payment for your event.

Please note that we are unable to take bookings for Sundays because of our own church activities on that day. We also currently have very limited availability for regular bookings, although it is still worth making contact with us to discuss your requirements and to see if anything is possible.
