Youth and Children
Here you will find all the up to date information about what is happening with youth and children at HTR along with helpful resources for children, young people and their parents.
- During our online services we have a small section called a 'Family Slot'. In these fun sessions we specifically do activities, bible readings and short messages that are targeted at children and families. On various occasions we will send out activity sheets for the children to during the week.

All Age Service
- We regularly host 'All Age Services' these are intended to bring the family of God together and for them to grow in their faith. During these services we will do games, prayer activities, creative elements and more. If you would like to see a list of our upcoming services then you can find them below:

Youth Social Online- Fortnightly on a Wednesday evening we host a youth zoom social where our young people can come together, play games, talk about current topics as well as how they can practice living a good Christian. We also have various guest speakers from Christian organisations who will come and talk to our young people. Lastly we do send snacks for the young people to enjoy during their zoom session, but this is optional. Big Church Easter Quiz- This Easter (Saturday 3rd April) we will be hosting a online church quiz for all ages, this will be a time for everyone to get together, have some fun and win some prizes. More information about this will be posted soon , so please check back.

Care for the Family -This February, Care for the Family are releasing some of their most popular events from last autumn, which will be available for a whole week to watch online for free. For more information you can visit their website for all the details of the various events on offer.

Faith at Home / YCW: Faith at Home is a monthly digital magazine for parents to encourage you in sharing and exploring faith at home. Sign up for a free account with Youth and Children’s Work magazine and you can download all current and previous editions.
Bible Chat Mat: The Go Team at Bath & Wells Diocese have produced these printable mats to encourage faith conversations at home. Colour them in, read the Bible passage and discuss the questions and pray together.
Engage at Home / daily family prayer & worship activities: Engage Worship are producing a daily simple prayer and worship activity for families to do together using movement, interaction, craft, play and more.
Bible Podlets: These simple podcasts from Blackburn Diocese Board of Education offer Bible study and discussion suitable for all ages. Each podcast is 15-20 mins long.
